How to Create Account & Login to K-SMART Portal

Step-by-step guide for citizen registration and login

1. New Citizen Registration

  1. Visit the official website: ksmart.lsgkerala.gov.in
  2. Click on 'Register' in the top right corner and select 'Citizen Registration'.
  3. Enter your Aadhaar Number and verify it using the OTP sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
  4. Review your details, then enter your preferred active mobile number and email ID to complete the registration. (Your mobile number will serve as your User ID).

2. Citizen Login Process

  1. Click on 'Login' at the top right of the website and select 'Citizen Login'.
  2. Enter your registered Mobile Number.
  3. Log in securely using the OTP received on your phone.
