Vision and Mission

Thalappalam Grama Panchayat is committed to functioning as a citizen-friendly institution by implementing a comprehensive Quality Management System and continuously updating and improving its quality objectives.

The Panchayat shall effectively implement financial, developmental, social welfare, health, and educational programmes proposed by the public and approved by the Panchayat Committee, along with various Government schemes, in accordance with the Citizen Charter and the Right to Service Act.
