Thalappalam Grama Panchayat
Working Groups – Annual Plan 2026–27
Thalappalam Grama Panchayat has constituted various Working Groups comprising elected representatives, government officials, subject experts, and community representatives for the preparation and implementation of the Annual Plan 2026–27. These Working Groups were constituted as per Resolution No. 1/2 dated 24/01/2026 of the Panchayat Committee.
Objectives of the Working Groups
The Working Groups function to identify local development needs, facilitate people's participation, prepare development proposals, and support the formulation and implementation of Panchayat development projects. Each Working Group is chaired by an elected representative, while the concerned departmental officer serves as the Convener.
