ANNOUNCEMENT
Thalappalam Grama Panchayat is organising Keralotsavam 2026 on November 7 and 8, 2026. The event provides a platform for young people to showcase their artistic, cultural and sporting talents and encourages active participation in community life.
Interested participants are advised to review the official competition schedule, eligibility criteria and applicable rules before registering.
Competition Categories
🎭 Cultural and Arts Competitions
Opportunities to showcase talent in music, dance, performing arts, literature and other officially listed cultural events.
🏃 Athletic Competitions
Track and field events, running races and other athletic competitions included in the official schedule.
🏆 Team Competitions
Group-based cultural and sporting events, subject to the rules and participant limits specified for each event.
👤 Individual Competitions
Individual events conducted according to the applicable age limits, categories and competition-specific rules.
Age Limits and Eligibility
- The age limit for each competition shall be as prescribed in the official Keralotsavam 2026 guidelines.
- The prescribed date for calculating age and the documents required for age verification shall be followed as specified in the official instructions.
- Categories such as men, women, individual and team events may vary depending on the competition.
- Residence eligibility and club-related participation requirements shall be governed by the official guidelines.
General Instructions for Participants
- Provide accurate personal and contact details during registration.
- Read the official rules and eligibility requirements for the selected competition before participating.
- Produce documents supporting age, residence or club affiliation wherever required.
- Report to the designated venue at the time communicated by the organisers.
- Follow the official instructions concerning competition procedures, judging and appeals.

Following the ward delimitation in Thalappalam Gramapanchayat, the updated door number details according to the new ward arrangements are now available. You can easily find your new building number using the “Know Your Door Number” facility available under KSMART Quick Service → Property Tax.
