In light of the misunderstandings and concerns prevailing in the area regarding the acquisition of land for the construction of a Material Collection Facility (MCF) building in Ward 14 (Eettakkad) of Thalappalam Grama Panchayat, a Special Grama Sabha has been convened based on the complaints and requests submitted by the public (under Section 3(3) of the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act)
