As part of the implementation of the project “Purchase of Land for MCF Building Construction – Project No. 145/27” included in the 2026–27 Annual Plan of Thalappalam Grama Panchayat, offer letters are invited from interested landowners for the purchase of not less than 30 cents of residential land (Purayidam).

Grama Sabha Notice
The Grama Sabhas of Thalappalam Grama Panchayat will commence from 18/07/2026.
Agenda
- Approval of the beneficiary list for the 2026–27 Annual Plan, including approval of spill-over projects.
- Validation of the 2025–26 beneficiary list.
- Finalization of the approved draft beneficiary list under PMAY(G).
- Approval of welfare pensions and other urgent agendas proposed by the Panchayat Committee and the Government.
- Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS), VB-G RAM G Scheme, Haritha Karma Sena and waste management activities.
- Approval of extraordinary expenditures incurred during the 2025–26 financial year.

Working Group Meeting
A meeting will be held at the Panchayat Hall on 8 July 2026 at 11:00 AM to prepare the draft beneficiary lists for various individual-benefit schemes under the 2026–27 Annual Plan.
